Budget First.
Systems Second.
CTM is a free collaborative platform from CCI Solutions that gives church leadership and your technical director one shared view before a single dollar is committed.
Leadership sets the budget.
Tech proposes the systems.
CCI guides the path.
Everyone works from the same information in real time, before anything is purchased.
You set the ceiling.
- Define your technology budget percentage upfront
- See the financial impact of every proposal before approval
- Prioritize when goals exceed the budget – no surprises
- Report to your congregation with documented data, not estimates
Your vision gets a seat at the table.
- Document existing systems and propose what comes next
- Present a plan, not a wish list, when asking for approval
- CCI walks alongside you to sharpen every recommendation
- Institutional knowledge stays in the platform, not your head
We guide. We do not just sell.
- Review your inventory and fill in gaps with you
- Recommend systems that are compatible and built to last
- Bring lifecycle data so replacements are never a shock
- Advice sharpens over time as context keeps building
Start With the Budget.
Most churches ask what do we need before they know what they can spend. CTM flips that.
That question, answered by leadership first, removes the tension between vision and reality before it starts.
You are already spending this money.
The question is what you get back from it.
Equipment arrives. Relationship ends.
No documentation. No lifecycle plan. No partner who understands where your church is headed.
Equipment arrives. Partnership begins.
Competitive pricing on the same gear, plus a documented inventory, a collaborative roadmap, and a partner who builds context into your church over time.
How Access Works – Now and Later.
Beta is completely free with no obligations. Here is what the long-term model looks like as the platform grows.
Completely Free. No Strings Attached.
The goal of V1 is to learn. Beta participants get full access at no cost and with no purchase requirement.
Your feedback directly shapes what CTM becomes.
Free With Annual CCI Purchases.
When V2 launches, access will remain free for any church that meets an annual minimum in equipment or professional services through CCI.
If no purchases are made in a calendar year, a standard subscription fee will apply.
No Vendor Lock-In.
If you want to buy equipment elsewhere, that is not a deal breaker. You can always log third party purchases with us.
Churches that find a home with CCI will enjoy free access as a benefit of that ongoing partnership.
Nearly 50 Years
Serving the Church.
CCI Solutions was founded in 1976 by Denny Bradley – born out of west coast revival and a conviction that technology could amplify the Gospel. Today, under Mark Bradley’s leadership, CCI is a national full-service AVL integration company based out of Olympia, WA.
We have delivered over $250 million in products and services to churches across the country. Every project begins with a listening session, not a product catalog.
Our mission has not changed since 1976: equip churches with technology to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
